The Reverend Patricia A. Evans

Rev. Patricia A Evans is a native of Western Pennsylvania, where she grew up in a loving family of nine with six siblings. She has one son, Travis, and one granddaughter, Brittany Patricia. Rev. Evans graduated from an enriching experience of four years at Hardy Bible College, and attended Holy Trinity Outreach Bible Centre in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was licensed and ordained to preach the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Rev. Evans relocated to Queens, New York in 1988, and joined the chaplaincy at JFK International Airport in the spring of 1989. Along with being the chaplain at Christ for the World Chapel, in November of 1992, she also accepted a pastorate position at The Union Evangelical Church of Corona, both of which she joyfully continues to serve
She accepts national and international preaching/teaching engagements which include women retreats and seminars; and speaks at The Exodus Men's Centre in Brooklyn.

Her ministry at the Airport touches the lives of travelers, airport employees and the surrounding business community. Rev. Evans conducts four Bible Study Classes throughout the airport and holds weekly worship services in the Chapel.

Her most rewarding experience is to see someone give their life to Jesus, to see hurting and sad people be healed and comforted and to see their joy revived. Her utmost goal in life is to be in the perfect will of God in all her ways.

This year she will take guitar lessons to accompany the songs she writes in praise to God; and the one place on this earth she looks forward to going to and singing those songs of guitar praises is Hawaii. Rev. Pat really loves to laugh and she enjoys life to the fullest. Praise the Lord.
