Annie Lee Phillips

Annie Lee Phillips is a current member and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Queens Federation of Churches and previously served as President of the Federation (1997-1998), chaired the Educational Committee and is a member of the Citation for Faithful Service Committee.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of United Adult Ministries since 1995 and is the Chairperson of the Board of Development Committee.

Annie is a member of the First Reformed Church of Jamaica RCA, chair member and former Clerk of the Consistory and Treasurer. She has served the Reformed Church in America as a Board Member, and a member of the General Synod Council.

A retired music instructor from the Kateri Residence sponsored by the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, she now serves as a consultant for the Catholic Guild for the Blind in its Diabetes Mellitus Program. A Registered Nurse herself, she taught Practical Nursing and Registered students for the New York City Health and Hospital Corporation.

Annie holds the office of Business Manager of the N. Y. Chapter of the North Carolina Lincoln Nurses Alumnae.

She loves traveling and has visited in Central and South America, Africa, Europe, Canada and the Caribbean.

She says: "Service is my offering and thanks to God every day."

Annie lives with her husband Gerard Moïse in Springfield Gardens.
