Cardinal-designate Timothy M. Dolan will preside. The Rev. Dr. A. R. Bernard, president of the Council of Churches, will be the preacher of the evening.

Celebration of 81 Years of Ecumenical Ministry in Queens at Terrace On The Park. The Annual Dinner Celebration of the Queens Federation of Church will feature a reception at 6 p.m. followed by Dinner (at 7 p.m.) during which annual awards for Outstanding Leadership in Queens will be presented. Urban Development (HUD) will sponsor a Foreclosure Prevention Workshop
For Homeowners to provide information on HUD programs to assist homeowners who are at risk of foreclosure and otherwise struggling with their monthly mortgage payments. HUD staff will be available to help answer your questions and provide resources to avoid foreclosure. The Workshop will be repeated from 12n to 1pm and again at 1 to 2pm, at
