27th Annual Awards Dinner Dance

Wednesday, November 5, 2014, at Russo's On The Bay
 

You can place an advertisement or greeting in our Souvenir Journal,
Reserve Tickets for the Dinner, or underwrite a Sponsorship
and pay for it online by using your Debit or Credit Card
over a Secure Server on the Internet.

In order to meet printing deadlines, all advertising copy must be received by Thursday, October 9.
Hardcopy can be mailed or FAXed to (718) 235-5024 to the attention of Frank Colon.
Page Size of Journal is 5½ x 8½"; maximum full page print size is 4½ x 7½". Line art can be submitted by mail
or in digital form as an attachment to e-mail. You may also submit copy in the body of an e-mail.
A copy of the Souvenir Journal will be given to each guest at the Dinner Dance
and one will be sent by mail after the event to each advertiser.

 

Proceeds benefit the Brooklyn United Methodist Health Services Foundation, a not-for-profit organization,
which provides funding to the Home and other charitable health and welfare organizations.

Each Individual Dinner Ticket includes a tax deductible contribution of $141. The Fair market value of the meal is $59, which includes beer, wine and soda throughout the evening, and is NOT deductible.
